What You Will Do Own the end-to-end SOTA experience of our desktop application by designing and iterating AI-powered workflows that drive engagement, retention, and NPS. Work deeply within online meeting workflows to identify user pain points and deliver impactful, innovative solutions. Monitor industry trends and competitors to maintain leadership in UX quality and interaction depth through data-driven improvement. Collaborate closely with UX, Engineering, QA, and Marketing to deliver high-quality products efficiently. Skills, Qualifications and Experience We Look for Bachelor's degree or above, with 8+ years of experience in consumer internet products. Proven experience in note-taking, document, or productivity tools, owning core modules and delivering complex workflows with engineering teams. Strong empathy for professional users and efficiency-driven workflows, able to drive innovation through user insights, data, and competitive analysis. Strong product design and UX mindset, skilled at applying AI tools throughout the product design process to accelerate discovery, decision-making, and iteration quality.
