You’ll oversee our core HRIS and the broader people tech ecosystem, including tools for onboarding, learning, performance, benefits, compliance, and data flow across teams. This role is the primary owner of systems architecture, integrations, reporting, and governance for the People function.You’ll partner closely with IT, Finance, and leadership to design scalable processes, strengthen data integrity, and evolve our people technology stack as we grow. This is a senior, highly technical role with significant influence on how our systems support the employee lifecycle and business needs.\nResponsibilitiesLead the architecture, configuration, and ongoing governance of all People systems.Own the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new platforms, major upgrades, and integrations.Build long-term systems roadmaps that support growth, compliance, and operational efficiency.Manage complex system changes including workflow design, automation, permissions, and cross-platform alignmentPartner with IT to build and maintain reliable integrations between HRIS, payroll, ATS, benefits, and other systems.Help guide long-term strategy and performance of the applicant tracking system, ensuring it supports scalable hiring processes and smooth data flow into the boarder People tech stack.
