What You Will Do Build and maintain the core infrastructure powering our AI Agent framework — from runtime orchestration to memory and tool integrations. Collaborate with product and hardware teams to bring new AI-driven features to life across innovative software and hardware products. Lead migration of legacy systems into the new Agent framework, ensuring performance, reliability, and compatibility. Develop and optimize pipelines for real-time inference, agent coordination, and human-AI interaction. Contribute to technical design reviews, internal SDKs, and developer tools that make our agent ecosystem easier to build on. Skills, Qualifications and Experience We Look for 5-10 years of professional experience in backend or AI-related engineering roles. Strong programming skills in Python or Go, with solid understanding of async systems, microservices, and API design. Experience working with at least two of: Redis, Kafka, gRPC, WebSocket, LangChain/Dify/LangGraph-style frameworks. Practical knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, or similar). Clear communication and collaboration skills across distributed, cross-functional teams.
