Saronic Technologies is a leader in revolutionizing autonomy at sea, dedicated to developing state-of-the-art solutions that enhance maritime operations through autonomous and intelligent platforms.We are seeking a Manager of Depot Repair to build and oversee our repair, refurbishment, and upgrade operations for fielded autonomous surface vessels. As our platforms are deployed and returned from operational environments, you will lead the team responsible for triage, disassembly, repair, and return-to-service workflows—ensuring high reliability and rapid turnaround on mission-critical systems.This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with experience managing depot-level repair operations in defense or ruggedized commercial hardware programs.
