Worum geht´s? Du kennst den Unterschied zwischen einem Java-Entwickler und einem Cloud Engineer und hast Lust auf echtes Tech-Recruiting? Unterstütze uns dabei, die besten Köpfe für die Public Cloud Group (PCG) zu finden! Wir suchen eine Unterstützung, die nicht bei Null anfängt. Da wir dich langfristig einplanen und du direkt Verantwortung übernehmen sollst, bringst du bereits erste Recruiting-Erfahrung mit und bist noch mindestens ein Jahr an einer Universität/Fachhochschule eingeschrieben. Deine Aufgaben: Active Sourcing: Du nutzt den LinkedIn Recruiter (oder ähnliche Tools) sicher, um Talente proaktiv anzusprechen und für uns zu gewinnen. Souveränes Screening: Du führst erste CV-Checks durch und erkennst auf den ersten Blick, ob ein Profil auf unsere Anforderungen passt. Termin-Management: Du koordinierst eigenständig komplexe Interview-Termine zwischen Kandidat:innen und unseren Hiring Managern. Prozess-Optimierung: Du unterstützt uns dabei, den Recruiting-Workflow in unseren Systemen (Personio/Ashby) noch effizienter zu gestalten. Das bringst du mit: Erfahrung: Du hast bereits erste praktische Erfahrung im Recruiting oder Sourcing gesammelt (z. B. durch ein Praktikum oder eine vorherige Werkstudierendentätigkeit). Studium: Du bist noch mindestens 1 Jahr immatrikuliert. Kommunikation: Du bist textsicher in Deutsch (für unsere Stellenanzeigen) und Englisch und weißt, wie man Kandidat:innen wertschätzend und professionell begleitet. Hands-on-Mentalität: Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und hast Lust, dich tief in unsere Tech-Themen einzuarbeiten. Was hast Du davon: Flexibilität pur : Arbeite so, wie es zu deinem Leben passt – remote im Bundesgebiet, hybrid, oder in einem unserer Offices in Deutschland (Magstadt, Darmstadt, Berlin, München, Hamburg, Köln, Ulm, Heidelberg, Frankfurt).
