This is a 6-month contract role. \nKey ResponsibilitiesSpace Plan Drafting: Create and revise basic floorplans for open office seating, conference rooms, cafeterias, mother's rooms, and support spaces using CAD/drafting tools. Occupancy & Headcount Planning: Maintain seating counts and utilization summaries; support headcount/occupancy alignment across teams and locations. Move & Migration Support: Assist with move sequencing, transition plans, and stakeholder communications for relocations, restacks, and space changes. Stakeholder Coordination: Support executive stakeholders; capture requirements, manage intake, and drive timely updates through to completion. Documentation: Keep space plans, assumptions, and change logs current; ensure requests and decisions are traceable and easy to reference.Desired Qualifications3+ years supporting space planning, facilities, workplace planning, or similar coordination roles. Working proficiency with CAD or drafting tools; ability to produce clean, simple planning layouts. Comfort balancing multiple priorities with tight timelines and frequent changes. Strong written and verbal communication with professional executive presence.
