Als Power Platform & M365 Consultant (m/w/d) bist du der Motor für die digitale Prozessautomatisierung und die Entwicklung intelligenter Business-Anwendungen auf Basis der Microsoft Power Platform. Bei uns nutzt du deine Expertise, um interne Prozesse zu modernisieren, individuelle Power Apps zu entwickeln und innovative Copilot-Lösungen zu implementieren. Das wirst Du tun: Automatisierung komplexer Geschäftsprozesse mit Power Automate (Flows, Genehmigungen) und Integration in SharePoint und Teams. Entwicklung und Implementierung von individuellen Business-Anwendungen mit Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven). Aufbau und Konfiguration von Copilot Agents zur Prozessautomatisierung und KI-gestützten Unterstützung. Kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender Lösungen, sowie Troubleshooting und Support für die Power Platform. Wissensvermittlung: Durchführung von Workshops und Trainings für IT-Teams sowie Erstellung von Dokumentationen, Best Practices und Guidelines. Skripting und Automatisierung über PowerShell, Graph API und JSON/REST API. Integration und Nutzung von Azure Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Automation) zur Erweiterung der Power Platform. Das wünschen wir uns vor dir: Deine Expertise (Hard Skills) 3+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung mit der Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse). Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch um mit unseren DACH Kunden zu kommunizieren. Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Bau mehrerer Canvas Apps und idealerweise mit Copilot Agents. Du bist ein engagierter Teamplayer, der auch gerne Kunden berät. Fundierte Kenntnisse im Skripting und der Automatisierung administrativer Aufgaben (PowerShell). Erfahrung mit Azure Services (Logic Apps & Azure Functions). Gute Kenntnisse in der Integration von SharePoint Online und Microsoft Teams.
