Das wirst Du tun: Strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung der Internen IT Systeme und Prozesse. Planung und Leitung von IT-Projekten. Budgetplanung und Kostenkontrolle im Bereich IT. Sicherstellung der IT-Sicherheit durch die Implementierung und Überwachung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien und –maßnahmen. Implementierung von Datenschutzbestimmungen und –richtlinien gemäß geltender gesetzlicher Vorschriften (z.B. DSGVO). Durchführung von regelmäßigen Sicherheitsüberprüfungen und Audits, sowie das Management von Sicherheitsvorfällen. Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des IT-Teams. Förderung einer kollaborativen und innovativen Teamkultur. Das wünschen wir uns vor dir: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Verwaltung und strategischen Weiterentwicklung von Cloud-Services ( insbesondere Google Workspace ) und SaaS-Anwendungen. Fundiertes Wissen und praktische Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Security und Datenschutz. Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von IT-Teams. Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten. Starkes organisatorisches Talent und eine hohe Problemlösungskompetenz. Gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten. Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Klingt das gut?
