Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced LMS Administrator responsible for managing, optimizing, and enhancing our Learning Management System (LMS) infrastructure. You will play a critical role in ensuring cross-functional teams have access to mission-critical training content in a secure and compliant environment.You will be responsible for the day-to-day management, configuration, and continuous improvement of our LMS. You will support instructors, instructional designers, and learners to ensure an exceptional training experience is delivered.\nResponsibilitiesImplement, configure, and maintain the LMS to meet the evolving needs of our organization and training programsAdminister user roles, permissions, and accounts to ensure appropriate access based on function and responsibilityProvide front-line support to users, including instructors, instructional designers, and learners, resolving issues and minimizing downtimeMonitor system usage, track learner progress, and generate reports to evaluate training effectiveness and complianceStay current with industry best practices, new technologies, and FedRAMP-certified platformsRecommend and implement enhancements to improve learner engagement and system performanceQualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Educational Technology, or a related field.
