You will be responsible for assessing training needs, designing engaging content in digital and live formats, and developing interactive and impactful training activities. You will implement these trainings into the desired delivery format and create measurable assessments and evaluations.\nResponsibilities Produce effective and engaging educational experiences for an external and internal audienceCollaborate with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to plan and develop course content, assessments, and evaluationsAssess user needs and align course content and design accordinglyApply core instructional design principles and theories to maximize learner engagement and retentionLeverage our learning management system to deliver, track, and ensure training completionTrain instructors, managers, learners, and other stakeholders in using learning technologiesMaintain projects and organize course documentationAnalyze, update, and refine existing training contentFacilitate and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminarsQualificationsProficiency in producing digital learning experiences using authoring tools, including Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, etc.Proficiency in designing and delivering instructor-led trainingStrong digital design skills using tools including the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, HTML, etc.Advanced knowledge of data evaluation and assessmentsStrong project management and organization skillsBachelor's Degree in instructional design, education, or a related field. Master’s Degree is preferredExperience producing and delivering training in corporate and manufacturing environmentsExperience with designing, producing, and delivering training in AR/VR formatsExperience administering training in a Learning Management System (LMS).
