Troubleshooting and problem-solving will be a key part of your role.\nQualifications5+ years of experience as a Database AdministratorBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Technology, or a related field of studyExpert-level experience with at least one of MySQL, PostgreSQLFamiliarity with other RDBMS or NoSQL solutionsStrong knowledge of SQL (DDL, DML, DCL)Experience with AWS or GCP cloud platformsProficiency in LinuxExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholdersStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEnglish language proficiency at B2 level or higherA plus if:Experience in scripting, automation, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Puppet, Bash/Python)Team management experienceFamiliarity with observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or ZabbixResponsibilitiesManage RDBMS and NoSQL solutionsEnsure database performance, scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery across environments deployed on bare-metal servers and virtual machinesImplement and manage replication сhains, partitioning / sharding, backupsAssist development teams in creating, optimizing, and problem solving with RDBMS and NoSQL solutionsTroubleshootingDrive automation using Terraform, Puppet, and custom tooling for infrastructure and database lifecycle management\nBenefits:We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program.
