With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.For more information, visit xsolla.com.About the RoleThe Xsolla School Program Director is responsible for designing, scaling, and operating Xsolla’s internal school and early-career talent programs across multiple global sites. This role owns the end-to-end strategy and execution of the Xsolla School — from curriculum design and instructor management to student outcomes and hiring readiness.You will work closely with Engineering Leadership, HR, and Product teams to ensure the program produces high-quality, job-ready engineers aligned with Xsolla’s technical standards and business needs.This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong operational discipline, technical fluency, and experience running complex, multi-location education or talent programs.\nKey Responsibilities Program Strategy & OwnershipDefine and own the global strategy for Xsolla School programs across multiple locations.Ensure consistency in quality, outcomes, and standards while allowing for local adaptation.Build a scalable operating model that supports future expansion to new regions.Curriculum & Learning DesignOversee the design and continuous improvement of technical curricula (software engineering, QA, DevOps, data, etc.).Ensure programs reflect real Xsolla production systems, tooling, coding standards, and workflows.Partner with Engineering leaders to align curriculum with current and future technology stacks.Multi-Site OperationsRun day-to-day operations of the school programs in Kuala Lumpur and Perm, including schedules, cohorts, and resources.Establish clear governance, reporting, and performance metrics across sites.Travel periodically between sites to ensure alignment, quality, and team engagement.Liaise and work with local UniversitiesInstructor & Mentor ManagementOnboard, and manage instructors, mentors, and teaching assistants.Create enablement frameworks for instructors coming from engineering backgrounds.Ensure teaching quality through reviews, feedback loops, and continuous coaching.Talent Pipeline & OutcomesOwn measurable outcomes such as:Graduation ratesJob-readiness benchmarksConversion to full-time Xsolla rolesPartner with HR and Engineering to integrate graduates into teams smoothly.Continuously improve hiring success and retention of program graduates.Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for Engineering Directors, HR, and site leadership.Communicate program progress, risks, and results to executive stakeholders.Represent Xsolla School internally and externally when required (universities, partners, events).Budget & Resource ManagementOwn program budgets, headcount planning, and vendor relationships.Ensure cost-efficiency while maintaining high-quality outcomes.Evaluate tools, platforms, and learning technologies.Required Qualifications 8+ years experience in one or more of the following:Engineering education / bootcampsTechnical training programsEarly-career or graduate engineering programsEngineering leadership with strong talent development ownershipProven experience running multi-site or distributed programs.Strong understanding of software engineering practices and modern development workflows.Experience working closely with senior engineering leaders.Excellent operational, organizational, and execution skills.Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).Preferred QualificationsExperience in a product-based or platform company.Background as a software engineer or engineering manager.Experience scaling programs internationally.Familiarity with mentoring junior engineers into production teams.Experience working across Asia and Eastern Europe time zones.\nBENEFITS:Convenient work toolsLatest Mac workplaces + additional hardware to make you more effective at workGoogle Chat, Gmail, Google Drive, Confluence, Jira, GitLabProfessional growthFree trainings and participation in specialized conferencesRich knowledge exchange within the companyMore perksHealth insurance (Medical, dental and optical)- Employee and dependantsFlexible hours: organize your day according to your needs and sprint & teamwork demandsNo dress codeComfortable and new office environment The duties of this position may change from time to time so the individual and organization can achieve their results.
