You will help us to adopt our products to the China market. \nRESPONSIBILITIESDevelopment Management:Setting goals and planning the development process for the teamEstimating the time of the implementation of individual tasksOrganizing and facilitating team ritualsCreating product QA processParticipating in testing and delivery processesTeam Management:Creating a support team from a scratch (onboarding, retaining, etc.)Supporting the professional growth of employees through the accumulation of knowledge and experienceWorking with the strengths and weaknesses of team membersBuilding a culture of collective responsibility for commitmentsCreating a culture of trust, creativity and mentorship in the teamCreating and updating a competency map as well as working with personal development tracks for each employeeDefining future technologies and development architecture with the teamParticipating in the discussion of architectural solutions in the departmentREQUIREMENTS5+ years of frontend development experienceExperience working in an Agile/Kanban environmentStrong working knowledge of React and its ecosystem (state management, hooks, etc.)Solid understanding of backend components such as caches, networks, load balancers, and CDNsAbility to develop reliable, scalable, and maintainable frontend applicationsFluent English (B2+ level) with strong communication skillsFlexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsHands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or VueExperience building and optimizing CI/CD pipelinesFamiliarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) or other large-scale agile frameworksAutomation testing experience using Playwright or CypressExposure to key-value and document databases (e.g., Redis, MongoDB)Team leadership or management experience is a plus, could accept candidates without management experience\nThe duties and responsibilities of this position may evolve over time to support the organization’s goals and individual growth.
