The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, deep familiarity with SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and software quality assurance practices. This role requires a meticulous individual who thrives on organization, accountability, and ensuring that releases are executed with precision and reliability.\nKey ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the end-to-end release process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of software updates.Organize and facilitate Change Approval Board (CAB) calls, including scheduling, timeboxing, and mediating discussions.Validate tasks submitted for release by confirming:Alignment with JIRA ticket details.Completion of developer reviews.Adequate testing and QA validation.All release criteria have been met.Confirm that tasks are complete and ready before submission to CAB, without assuming responsibility for chasing or closing them.Coordinate schedules and organize contributors around release timelines.Ask pertinent, technical questions to validate readiness and challenge assumptions when necessary.Maintain release documentation and ensure compliance with established standards.Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline release workflows.Continuously improve release processes, introducing efficiencies and enforcing best practices.QualificationsBachelor’s degree (or higher) in a technical engineering field (Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent).Minimum of 6+ years of experience in software development, QA, or related technical roles.Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and software quality assurance methodologies.Proven ability to manage complex release schedules and coordinate multiple stakeholders.Exceptional organizational skills with a natural ability to validate, prioritize, and structure tasks.Confident communicator, unafraid to question deliverables and validate correctness.Experience with JIRA or similar task management tools.Strong facilitation skills for leading structured meetings and mediating discussions.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent releases.Preferred Attributes Experience in gaming, fintech, or other high-availability software environments.Familiarity with automation in release validation.Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and risk awareness.What We Offer Opportunity to lead critical release processes in a dynamic, innovative environment.Collaboration with cross-functional teams across engineering, QA, and operations.A culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement\nBENEFITS:Convenient work toolsLatest Mac workplaces + additional hardware to make you more effective at workGoogle Chat, Gmail, Google Drive, Confluence, Jira, GitLabProfessional growthFree trainings and participation in specialized conferencesRich knowledge exchange within the companyMore perksHealth insurance (Medical, dental and optical)- Employee and dependantsFlexible hours: organize your day according to your needs and sprint & teamwork demandsNo dress codeComfortable and new office environment The duties of this position may change from time to time so the individual and organization can achieve their results.
