With more paths to profits and ways to win, developers have all the things needed to enjoy the game.For more information, visit xsolla.com.\nREQUIREMENTS1–5 years of experience in project coordination or operational support, preferably in an IT environment.Understanding of recruitment processes and/or operational activities is a plus.Strong numerical skills and a solid understanding of the financial aspects of projects.Good planning, time management, and multitasking skills.Strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.Fluency in English, both written and spoken.RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate projects from initiation to completion, including planning stages, tracking timelines, and ensuring task execution.Manage selected projects related to operational activities, and internal company processes.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout project execution.Maintain project documentation and reporting.Monitor task progress and ensure deadlines are met.Participate in the financial aspects of projects, including basic budget and expense tracking.PostionThis is temporary contractor position for a period of 6-12 months\nThe duties and responsibilities of this position may evolve over time to support the organization’s goals and individual growth.
