About the RoleWe are looking for a Project Manager to own cross-functional operations for the Self-Service team. You will design processes, coordinate delivery across departments, and ensure initiatives move from planning to completion efficiently.This role reports to the Director of Self-Service and serves as the operational hub connecting the team with Marketing, DevRel, Support, Product, and Engineering.ResponsibilitiesDesign and maintain collaboration framework with partner departments (intake, SLAs, escalation paths)Operate request tracking system — receive team needs, route to owners, monitor progressCoordinate delivery timelines for multi-team initiativesRun regular syncs with key contacts across departmentsIdentify and resolve blockers, escalate when neededPrepare status reports for team and stakeholdersDocument processes and maintain operational playbooksSupport launch coordination for cross-functional releasesRequirements3+ years of project management experience in a technology companyExperience coordinating work across multiple teamsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Jira, Confluence, or similar toolsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentTrack record of establishing and improving processesFluent EnglishNice to HaveExperience in B2B SaaS or platform companiesBackground in product operations or program managementGaming industry knowledge\n\n
