About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive self-service feature delivery across Xsolla's product organization. You will be the bridge between identified self-service opportunities and shipped features — working with multiple product teams to prioritize, coordinate, and deliver improvements.Success in this role requires strong stakeholder management, ability to influence without authority, and persistence in driving initiatives through complex organizational dynamics.ResponsibilitiesFeature Delivery:Write product requirements and specifications for self-service improvementsWork with product teams to get features prioritized in their roadmapsCoordinate development timelines and dependencies across teamsTrack progress and unblock issues during implementationEnsure quality and completeness at releasePrioritization & Planning:Maintain prioritized backlog of self-service improvementsMake trade-off decisions based on impact, effort, and dependenciesAlign priorities with insights from Analytics and Feedback teamsPlan quarterly delivery targets with realistic cross-team constraintsInternal Advocacy:Build relationships with product leads across the organizationCommunicate self-service priorities and impact regularlyMake the case for why self-service improvements matter to each teamProcess & Coordination:Establish repeatable process for cross-team feature requestsDocument learnings and improve delivery efficiency over timeReport on delivery metrics: features shipped, cycle time, blockersRequirements5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or platform productsTrack record of shipping features that require cross-team coordinationStrong stakeholder management and influence without authorityExperience navigating complex organizational dynamicsAbility to build relationships and create alignment across teamsClear communication — written and verbalPersistence and follow-through on long-running initiativesFluent EnglishNice to HaveGaming industry experienceExperience in platform or infrastructure product rolesBackground working with multiple product teams simultaneouslyExperience in developer tools or self-service productsUnderstanding of payments, monetization, or eCommerce systems\n\n
