The role will partner closely with leadership to attract, assess and hirehigh-quality talent across all roles.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Lead employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, career pages, universities and industry forums.Drive data-led hiring through clear metrics on pipeline health, time-to-hire and quality of hire.Partner with leadership to understand workforce plans and hiring priorities.Strengthen sourcing strategies across referrals, direct sourcing, agencies, and digital platforms.Ensure consistent, fair, and policy-aligned hiring processes.Key RequirementsA Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a closely related discipline is required.Strong Talent Acquisition experience, including high volume batch hiring particularly for customer experience focused teams.Strong understanding of pipeline development, employer branding and stakeholder management.Experience hiring in fast-paced or growth environments.Excellent communication, judgement and execution skills.What US Mobile OffersMarket Competitive Salary ranging from 400k to 850k depending on experienceComprehensive Health CoverageMeal and Travel AllowanceVibrant Start Up Culture\n\nWe value impact over tenure, so whether you’re early in your career with proven results or a seasoned professional with deep expertise, we want to hear from you.
