This is a diverse role that moves fast and requires adaptability, creative problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.We are looking for a senior manager to lead people processes, automation and employee experience across the organization. The role will focus on building scalable, efficient and employee friendly people operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance and consistency. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and continuously improve end to end people operations including onboarding, employee lifecycle, payroll and exits.Drive process automation and system optimization across HR workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.Lead payroll operations, ensuring timeliness, compliance and zero error execution.Enhance employee experience by simplifying processes and improving employee touchpoints.Partner with leadership to support workforce needs and policy execution.Establish clear SOPs, controls and operational KPIs for people operations.Key RequirementsA Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a closely related discipline is required.Strong People/HR Operations experience including managing high-volume employee lifecycles.Strong exposure to process automation, HR systems and payroll management.Experience operating in scale or high growth environments.High attention to detail, strong execution mindset and stakeholder managementWhat US Mobile OffersMarket Competitive Salary ranging from 400k to 850k depending on experienceComprehensive Health CoverageMeal and Travel AllowanceVibrant Start Up Culture\n\nWe value impact over tenure, so whether you’re early in your career with proven results or a seasoned professional with deep expertise, we want to hear from you.
