About the RoleThe Salesforce Core Manager / Architect role is responsible for owning Salesforce Core and Certinia (FinancialForce-equivalent PSA/ERP) platforms for internal operations. The role focuses on platform architecture, program delivery, and team leadership, ensuring Salesforce solutions are scalable, stable, and aligned with business needs.\nExperience8–12 Years (Minimum 6+ years of Salesforce platform leadership experience)Your Contribution ( As the Salesforce Platform Manager / Architect)Own and govern Salesforce platform architecture, including data model, security model, automation strategy, and environment strategy.Lead internal programs for Salesforce and Certinia (PSA/ERP) implementations, enhancements, and operational improvements.Architect and review solution designs, proposing improvements and changes to existing Salesforce implementations to support scalability and operational efficiency. Manage and enable cross-functional teams (Salesforce Admins, Developers, Certinia Consultants) with clear delivery governance.Partner with Operations, Finance, and PMO teams to ensure platforms support resource management, project financials, billing, and reporting needs.Communicate clearly and effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders on platform health, risks, and delivery progress.Provide architectural guidance for integrations and customizations, including:API-based integrations and event-driven patternsCustom objects, Flows, and Apex usage standardsOwn Salesforce release management and deployments, including:CI/CD pipelines using Copado or equivalent toolsVersion control and branching strategiesSalesforce seasonal release impact assessmentsRequirementsStrong experience managing Salesforce platformsExperience working with Certinia (FinancialForce) or equivalent PSA/ERP toolsProven background in Technical Program Management or Platform LeadershipGood understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and deployment best practicesStrong communication skills (must-have)Good to HaveKnowledge of analytics and reporting platforms (Salesforce Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)Salesforce Architecture or Platform certificationsExperience with Copado or similar Salesforce DevOps toolsExperience supporting internal operations platforms in professional services organizations\n
