Our suite of services enables a broad spectrum of health industry clients to provide seamless access to diagnostic testing and related care interventions. We are a 50-state physician, registered nurse, and genetic counselor network with a strong care coordination and patient support team and technology infrastructure.We are looking for a board-certified physician licensed in multiple states, who is passionate about expanding access to care by providing focused telehealth consultations to our patients.\nKey Responsibilities: Telehealth Consultations: Utilize clinical expertise to conduct comprehensive telehealth sessions via phone and/or video, adhering to state telemedicine regulatory guidelines.Patient Assessments: Perform in-depth evaluations to understand patients' health histories, lifestyle factors, and genetic predispositions.Personalized Treatment Plans: Develop and implement individualized care plans incorporating nutritional therapy, lifestyle modifications, stress management techniques, and supplements.Patient Education: Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care techniques.Preferred Qualifications:Multi Medical Licensure: Active and in good standing. Board Certification: Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or a related field.Functional Medicine Training and Certification: Certification or substantial training in Functional Medicine.Experience: Minimum of 1 year in telehealth and 3-5 years in clinical practice, with a focus on integrative and holistic medicine principles.Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with telehealth platforms and adaptable to evolving protocols and workflows.\n
