This leader will ensure operational excellence across the People function, including talent acquisition, people operations, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and total rewards. The Head of People will also play a central role in fostering a strong company culture and employee engagement, and will serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership and people managers. Key Responsibilities\nStrategic LeadershipDevelop and execute HR strategies aligned with company objectives and growth plansPartner with senior leadership to build workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planningCoach Leaders around talent development and leadership topicsHR Operations & ComplianceOversee HR policies, procedures, and systems ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR best practicesImplement scalable processes for onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and HRIS toolsOwn key HR metrics and dashboards to provide insights and drive data-informed decisionsTalent Acquisition & RetentionEnsure an efficient, streamlined, and engaging recruitment process for internal teams and candidates Drive engagement and retention strategiesCompensation & BenefitsOversee the design and administration of compensation structures and employee benefitsConduct compensation reviews to ensure pay equity and competitiveness in the marketEmployee Engagement & CultureFoster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture that aligns with the company’s values and missionDevelop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retentionEmployee RelationsServe as a trusted advisor to leadership on all employee relations mattersManage conflict resolution and address employee concerns promptly and effectivelyTeam LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop the People team, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to support the company’s objectivesLead a high-performing team that is agile, responsive, and aligned with business needsWho You Are / Job RequirementsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentComfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levelsTen-plus years of progressive HR experience across different HR functions, preferably in high-growth technology companiesBachelor's degree; advanced degree or HR certifications a plusStrong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, HRIS systems, and analytics tools\nThis role is based in Austin, TX. We work in a hybrid-capacity - together in our office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays, while working remotely/ from home on Mondays & Fridays.
