Join our ambitious and growing team as a French-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the heart of Manchester City Centre . In this role, you’ll connect with decision-makers in the restaurant industry, helping them join the Deliveroo platform and develop their business. No previous sales experience is required—just bring your enthusiasm, people skills, and a passion for learning! Role Overview Working as part of the SMB (Small and Medium Business) team , you will promote and sell B2B products to generate new business for the Deliveroo platform in the French market. Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid) Salary: £26,600 base , plus monthly commission for achieving targets. Work Pattern: Initial probation is 5 days per week in-office. After probation, move to a hybrid model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). What You’ll Do You will be the first point of contact for French restaurant partners, acting as a consultant and growth expert. Inbound & Outbound Lead Management: Handle inquiries from French-speaking leads and proactively acquire new business via phone and email. Consultative Selling: Build relationships with restaurant owners, advising them on how Deliveroo’s technology and logistics can scale their revenue. Pipeline Ownership: Manage your sales leads, stay organized, and build daily action plans to meet and exceed monthly targets. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with ‘Activation Teams’ to ensure smooth onboarding, from contracts to tablet setups and photoshoots. Administrative Precision: Handle contracts and documentation with high attention to detail to ensure a seamless partner experience.
