About the role:As an Operations Analyst, you will work closely with your team lead to manage the day-to-day tasks of processing provider credentials, licenses and payor enrollment applications. You will work cross-functionally with many teams to guarantee the smooth running of operations. This is a fully remote position.\nWhat you’ll do:Research, interpret, and evaluate information relevant to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the United StatesComplete applications for provider credential, licensure or payor enrollment on behalf of Certify customers Validate and authenticate information updated on the credentialing, licensing platform and ensure 100% accuracyInteract with providers and clients over email whenever additional information may be requiredAssist with monitoring or new client implementation projects as neededSummarize your research  findings and draft them in clear and concise guideline documents for Certify customers Assist with other ad hoc projects as neededWhat you'll need:Fluency in EnglishExperience in Credentialing is a must.A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experienceThe ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google Strong attention to detail Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applicationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure\n$35,000 - $40,000 a year\nAt Certify, we're committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and supported.
