We oversee our restaurant brand relationships, acting as the primary link between Deliveroo and our partners in the Italian market to ensure mutual success and long-term loyalty. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: Strategic Relationship Management: Manage a portfolio of restaurant brands, building lasting partnerships and acting as a trusted consultant for their digital growth. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse portfolio performance, sharing data-led insights with partners to improve operational metrics and consumer satisfaction. Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and conditions to improve financial performance and enhance the Consumer Value Proposition (CVP). Portfolio Strategy: Design and execute strategies to increase market share, financial health, and brand loyalty across your designated perimeter. P&L Oversight: Take ownership of your portfolio’s P&L, identifying commercial risks and proactively capturing new revenue opportunities. What You’ll Need to Thrive Essential Significant Account Management Experience: Proven experience in account management or sales, with a track record of building and maintaining long-term professional relationships. Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of P&L management and professional negotiation skills. Data-Led Execution: Demonstrated experience using analytical tools and project management applications to guide best practices. Strategic Growth Mindset: The ability to translate data into actionable plans that impact market share and financial performance. Nice to Have Industry Expertise: Experience within the Horeca, restaurant, or food market sectors. Global Collaboration: Fluency in English to enable effective collaboration with our global teams.
