You will also have a commercial mindset to identify opportunities to expand our customer accounts and elevate adoption of our products to new heights. Why are we hiring for this role?As the Manager, Professional Services at UpGuard, you will lead our technical "Player-Coach" team in delivering full-spectrum Cyber Risk Posture Management (CRPM) services. You will bridge high-level architecture and hands-on implementation across our entire platform: Vendor Risk, Attack Surface Management (BreachRisk), Human Risk (UserRisk), and AI Risk Automations.
