Through strategic partnership, evaluation of key metrics, and hands-on support, this role helps strengthen donor relationships and advance the mission of YouVersion. The Donor Experience Manager supports the team’s direction, initiatives, and ministry efforts to achieve outcomes that further Life.Church’s mission and reach people for Christ.YouVersion was created by the local church in 2007 and remains a ministry of Life.Church today. We hope everyone in our community is on an active journey to become who God made them to be, abiding in Him, and drawing closer every day. \nWhat You’ll DoSupport and execute initiatives and strategic projects in the areas of content, messaging, and gifts, and events for YouVersion givers.Manage team projects and goals by creating timelines, gathering key takeaways, following up on action items, and executing deliverables, working across YouVersion support teams.Partner with Donor Operations to execute a donor gifting strategy that thanks givers and conveys impact, including ideation, creative gifting options, messaging, timing, ordering, and excellence inpresentation.Help plan and execute donor events and experiences.Manage the expectations of internal stakeholders while providing regular updates on Experience team project milestones and timelines.Track and evaluate key metrics for Experience team to ensure goals, milestones, and deliverables are being met for goals and projects.Collaborate with the Experience, Operations, Generosity, Marketing, and Donor Relations teams to plan and execute projects as needed for Sowers, Major Donors, Foundations, Churches, and key relationships.Provide logistical, relational, and experiential support to donor and church visitors, as needed, supporting the overall goals and actions of the YouVersion Development team.Act as a team ambassador and represent the church culture within Life.Church Central Operations, YouVersion, Campuses, and to all givers.Skills Needed to SucceedExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to maintain and foster partnerships.Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and solve problems with innovation.Effective at multi-tasking and time management to meet strict deadlines while remaining flexible and open to change.Effective at process and organizational management to coordinate, structure, and provide vision to projects.High school diploma or GED.College degree in a related field.3 - 5 years of related work experience.\nBenefits We Offer・ Paid parental leave, including maternity, paternity, and adoption leave.・ Generous employer-paid leave for the use of vacation, sick time, and other qualifying reasons. ・ Innovative and comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance that provides team members with useful resources and savings to navigate their holistic health. ・ Life insurance policy provided for all staff members at 2x annual salary at no cost.
