The Architectural Staff is responsible for the production and management of Real Estate Development documents on all projects from small renovations to new buildings. This role will use a combination of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BlueBeam software. The Architectural Staff will also produce Real Estate Development revisions, review submittals, and ensure compliance to all local and national building codes. We are one church meeting in multiple locations, and we want to help you become the person God made you to be.\nWhat You'll DoCreate design documents for new Real Estate Development, remodels and renovations in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, BlueBeam or through other applicable softwareCoordinate and incorporate designs from all consulting engineersCreate written specifications as needed for clear directionEnsure designs are compliant with applicable city codes and regulationsManage web-based project management tool (Procore)Review and approve product submittals for contractorsDistribute appropriate submittals to engineers for their review when neededPromote clear communication with consulting engineers and architects about the design of our buildingsEnsure regular contact with contractors when reviewing building drawings, submittals, and the occasional requests for information (RFI)Skills Needed to SucceedAbility to self-motivate, make independent decisions and problem solve with innovationEffective at multi-tasking and time management to meet strict deadlines Excellent verbal, written, and oral communication skills to clearly explain complicated processes and regulationsExperience with architectural or interior design and ability to navigate through blueprintsFluency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and BlueBeam software2+ years of related work experience, preferredHigh School Diploma or GED required\nBenefits We Offer・ Paid parental leave, including maternity, paternity, and adoption leave.・ Generous employer-paid leave for the use of vacation, sick time, and other qualifying reasons. ・ Innovative and comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance that provides team members with useful resources and savings to navigate their holistic health. ・ Life insurance policy provided for all staff members at 2x annual salary at no cost.
