They will play a critical role in planning, coordinating, and executing; while supporting and assisting the rest of the corporate team.\nResponsibilities:Perform daily sales postings and reconcile sales transactionsVerify and upload accounts payable invoices into our accounting systemConduct bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracyProcess payroll efficiently and accurately, including handling garnishmentsMaintain high standards of data entry accuracy and completenessCollaborate with team members to accomplish departmental goalsHandle sensitive financial and payroll information with confidentialityAssisting with any additional duties neededQualifications:Associate degree in accounting or related field preferredProven experience in accurate and dependable data entryExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel)Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial and payroll informationTeam player mindsetEffective communicationStrong organization skills\n$60,000 - $75,000 a year\nJoin our team and play a key role in supporting our mission to provide reliable and effective rapid response and restoration services to utility companies.
