Our client is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Journeyman Electrician to join their growing team and take the lead on commercial and residential electrical projects across the Quad Cities area. Join a crew that respects the trade, supports your growth, and puts your skills to work in a way that makes a difference.\n Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and occasional industrial settings Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Troubleshoot electrical problems using appropriate testing devices Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations Ability to mentor an apprentice and work in pairs or groups Maintain a clean and safe job site Coordinate with team members, general contractors, and clients as needed Complete daily documentation and communicate progress to supervisors Qualifications: Valid State of Iowa Journeyman Electrician License (License A or B) 3+ years of hands-on electrical experience preferred Strong working knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes OSHA 10-Hour Certification required Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Strong work ethic, dependability, and a commitment to safety Proficiency with Field Pulse or other ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems preferred Benefits: Simple IRA with up to 3% company match Company Vehicle Provided Partially Paid Health Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Tuition Assistance – Full 4-Year Program Coverage Very Little Travel – Over 90% Local Work No Swing Shifts – Consistent Daytime Hours \n$35 - $40 an hour\n#ZR
