This individual will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategies that align with company goals and market trends. Key Responsibilities: --Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to attract new clients and projects. --Identify and pursue leads in both public and private sectors, including general contractors, architects, developers, and property owners. --Build, manage, and maintain strong client relationships through networking, presentations, and consistent follow-up. --Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. --Collaborate with estimating and project teams to prepare compelling proposals and bids. --Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and areas of opportunity. --Track and report on business development metrics and KPIs. --Contribute to marketing and branding efforts to increase visibility and credibility in the market. Requirements: --Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field. --Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the landscape, construction or real estate development industry. --Strong knowledge of the Pennsylvania construction market and key stakeholders. --Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. --Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. --Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. --Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and presentation tools. \nCompensation and Benefits: --Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives (Six figure income possible in first year)--Competitive annual bonus --Health, dental, and vision insurance --Paid time off and holidays --Retirement plan options
