This role is ideal for someone who enjoys tracking details, cross-checking information, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative team in an engaging office environment where questions are welcomed and learning is encouraged.\nWhat You’ll BringSuccess in this role comes down to three core strengths: attention to detail, the ability to juggle and switch between tasks, and strong analytical thinking. We’re looking for someone with:2+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a corporate or client-based service environment (preferred, not required)Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (CPA not required)Working knowledge of general ledger accounting, journal entries, and reconciliationsExperience working with large data sets and reconciling information across multiple sourcesAbility to manage multiple requests at once and shift priorities quicklyStrong analytical skills and a natural instinct to double-check detailsQuickBooks experience preferred, but not requiredA positive, team-oriented attitude with clear communication skillsWhat You’ll DoThis is a hands-on, grassroots accounting role focused on accuracy, follow-through, and day-to-day support.
