This is an exciting opportunity to step into a visible role with strong ownership, cross-functional exposure, and meaningful impact in a dynamic environment.The ideal candidate brings a blend of public accounting and corporate accounting experience, thrives in a hands-on setting, and enjoys digging into the details while also improving processes.\nWhat You'll Be Responsible For:Own key components of the month-end and year-end close processPrepare and review journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliationsPerform flux and variance analysis across P&L and balance sheet accountsSupport financial reporting and assist with management reporting packagesPartner cross-functionally with Operations, FP&A, and external auditorsAssist with process improvements, documentation, and internal controlsSupport audit and ad hoc projects as neededWhat They’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field4+ years of progressive accounting experiencePublic accounting strongly preferredStrong understanding of GAAP and financial reportingExperience in consumer products, manufacturing, inventory, or multi-entity environments is a plusAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.)CPA or CPA-track preferredWhy This Role?High-visibility position within a lean, collaborative teamStrong ownership and autonomyExposure to leadership and strategic initiativesGrowth opportunity as the company continues to scaleCompetitive compensation and benefits packageHybrid work schedule: 3 days onsite/2 days remote\n$90,000 - $120,000 a year\n#GHJSS #LI-MO1
