This role supports the accounting function by assisting with financial reporting, transaction processing, and analysis that helps leadership make informed business decisions.Position SummaryThe Senior Accountant is a key contributor to the accounting team, responsible for general ledger activities, month-end close support, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This position works closely with internal stakeholders and supports ongoing business operations, including acquisition integration and ad hoc analysis.\nKey ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial resultsReview and reconcile general ledger accountsPrepare and post journal entriesPrepare financial and management reportsPerform monthly and quarterly account reconciliationsSupport weekly accounts payable processesAssist with accounting integration for new acquisitionsComplete ad hoc requests and special projects as assignedAnalyze and explain cost account variancesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance3+ years of related accounting experienceERP system experience preferred (NetSuite a plus)Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlinesPublic accounting experience preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesSelf-starter with a process-driven work styleProficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel\n$70,000 - $85,000 a year\n#GHJSS #LI-SV1
