The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in overseeing financial reporting, reconciliations, distributions, and capital activity related to affordable housing entities.\nKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review monthly financials and supporting schedules for joint venture partnersMaintain equity, preferred return, and cash flow schedulesRespond to JV financial inquiries and participate in recurring partner callsPrepare and process monthly and quarterly distributionsCoordinate approvals with internal teams and JV partnersPrepare and upload required lender reporting packagesSupport audits, tax return preparation, and regulatory requestsSupport annual and ongoing cash flow projections for partners and lendersRequired QualificationsBachelors in Accounting, Finance, or Economics3+ years of progressive accounting experienceAffordable housing or nonprofit real estate accounting experience requiredAdvanced Excel skills, Yardi or similar ERP preferred\n$100,000 - $125,000 a year\n#GHJSS #LI-MC1
