This role will support critical budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting initiatives during a key business period. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and able to quickly step in to provide immediate analytical support and leadership.The Manager, FP&A will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver timely insights, strengthen forecasting accuracy, and support executive decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in dynamic environments and can make an immediate impact.\nKey ResponsibilitiesLead budgeting and forecasting cycles during the contract periodDevelop and refine financial models to support operational and strategic initiativesAnalyze financial performance, identify variances, and provide actionable insightsPrepare executive reporting and present findings to leadershipSupport process improvements and reporting efficienciesPartner with Accounting to ensure alignment between actuals and forecastsAssist with ad hoc financial analysis and special projectsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field6+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experienceStrong financial modeling and Excel skillsExperience working in ERP systemsAbility to quickly learn systems and business processesStrong communication skills and ability to work independently\n#GHJSS #LI-AS1
