This role is ideal for a strategic, analytical finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving business performance through actionable insights.The Manager, FP&A will play a key role in leading budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting processes. This individual will partner cross-functionally with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making, improve operational performance, and enhance financial visibility across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and confident presenting financial insights to executive stakeholders.This position offers strong visibility to leadership and the opportunity to influence strategic initiatives.\nResponsibilitiesLead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes across departmentsDevelop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, investments, and operational decisionsAnalyze financial results, identify trends and variances, and provide actionable recommendations to leadershipPrepare and present monthly management reporting packages and executive-level presentationsPartner with business leaders to evaluate performance metrics, KPIs, and profitability driversSupport long-range planning and scenario analysis to guide strategic decision-makingImprove and streamline financial reporting processes, including automation and system enhancementsCollaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate financial data and alignment between actuals and forecastsSupport ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as neededMentor and develop junior finance team members, as applicableQualificationsRequired Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field6+ years of progressive FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis experiencePrior experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity preferredStrong financial modeling and forecasting experienceExperience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentTechnical & Professional Skills:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Adaptive, Anaplan, etc.) is a plusStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholdersAbility to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlinesSelf-motivated with a proactive and collaborative approach\n#GHJSS #LI-AS1
