So, if a day filled with building impactful solutions with a fun team sounds appealing to you, join us.About the RoleAs Technical Program Manager, you will work closely with multiple engineering teams to successfully deliver cross-team projects. You will identify roadblocks with the Engineering team and ideate solutions. On a typical day, you will handle change and risk, and ensure the right decisions are made at the right time, resulting in seamless project delivery. You will tackle problems that pop up in projects ranging from feature development to tech stack changes. Your end goal will be to ensure the smooth running of the Engineering team.If you know how to deliver engineering projects through their Software Development Life Cycles, then buckle up. You have a thrilling experience in a fast-paced team waiting for you.????\nWhat you will doDrive technical projects end-to-end – from requirements, to launch Manage complex project schedules, remove roadblocks and keep processes running smoothlyWork with Engineering and Product leaders to streamline processes, simplify execution, and manage on-time releasesIntroduce tools to amplify efficiency and help the teams you are engaged with in smoother executionCommunicate regularly with senior management on the status, risks, and change control Constantly brainstorm ways to improve processes for completeness and better efficiencyDive deep into the technical details of the programWhat you will needBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience5+ years of experience working with and helping technical engineering teams deliver against a backlogPrior experience as a software developer will be preferredExperience managing projects across teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedulesUnderstanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Proven project planning/execution skills, including estimating and schedulingProven ability to represent projects from business, product and technical perspectivesStrong conflict resolution and negotiation skillsExperience in cloud migrations and data center migrations Understanding of security compliance is a plus\nAbout us Welcome to Meesho, where every story begins with a spark of inspiration and a dash of entrepreneurial spirit.
