This is a long term plan and it takes a significant amount of investment (all forms) to build the right brand, right relationships and to attract the right talent from universities. In this role you will lead our efforts in all these areas. You are an ideal candidate if you have a splendid balance of skills in talent acquisition, marketing, project management and customer success.\nWhat you will doPlanning & ProcessBuild the entire campus engagement & hiring strategy - headcount, timelines, budget.Build the playbook for university relations and drive the adoption.Create and publish the campus hiring calendar for all related activities & campuses.Work with the org leaders (across functions) in identifying the right talent schools, degrees by doing talent benchmarking.ExecutionMaintain relationships with all the relevant institutions and use those relationships to get the best slots for our hiring.Participate and execute the campus drives and other related activities.Prepare, maintain and publish all relevant data & metrics. Organize events (like bootcamps, hackathons) to engage the offered candidates and to get them immersed with Meesho culture and way of doing things.BrandingBuild the year long campus engagement strategy involving low cost high output interventions.Come up with ideas to engage students from final year and pre-final year classes. Different layers of ideas for different campuses based on the prioritization.Build the Meesho brand among campuses that helps us attract the top talent from all campuses.OrganizationalYou will be a part of the larger TA & HR team and hence you will contribute towards all central projects and activities.What you will needAt least 6-8 years of work experience managing early careers in a high quality & high velocity environment.Excellent knowledge on the entire university relations & hiring charter and best practices.Excellent interpersonal skills.Adept with all the latest technology and trends in the space of recruiting, more specifically campus recruiting.A data driven mindset & proven ability in driving decision making using data.Deep and meaningful relationships with top tier universities in the country.Innovative in coming up with frugal & the most impactful ways of engaging with campuses & enthusiasm to execute the same.Ability to influence senior stakeholders.Strong collaboration skills.\nAbout usWelcome to Meesho, where every story begins with a spark of inspiration and a dash of entrepreneurial spirit.
