This is a high-impact role at the intersection of law, business, and strategy - shaping key transactions, driving compliance excellence, and enabling the company’s growth journey. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, acting as both a legal advisor and a business enabler.\nWhat you will doLead the drafting, review, and negotiation of diverse commercial agreements - including vendor, distribution, licensing, SaaS/tech, and strategic partnership contracts.Advise on corporate governance, regulatory, and compliance matters under Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, and other applicable laws.Support and execute corporate transactions (M&A, joint ventures, investments, restructurings).Partner with business teams to anticipate legal risks and shape pragmatic solutions.Engage and manage external counsel for specialist mandates and due diligence. Monitor regulatory developments, interpret implications for the business, and proactively recommend policy/process changes.Drive continuous improvement in contract lifecycle management, compliance monitoring, and risk frameworks.Strong foundation in corporate and commercial law, with proven experience in high-value contracts and transactions.Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to distill complex legal issues into clear, actionable business advice.Strategic thinker with sharp problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with multiple priorities.Effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across teams.Commercial mindset - balancing legal risk with business opportunity.What you will needQualified LLB with 4-6 years of PQE.Experience in a reputed law firm and/or in-house role with exposure to corporate advisory, transactions, and compliance.Experience handling cross-border contracts and complex commercial negotiations.Possess an analytical and strategic minds.\n
