You’ll help scale and industrialise how Kraken measures value across clients, products, and markets by working closely with Analytics, Product, Product Marketing, Delivery, Sales, Client Success and Market teams to turn complex operational and commercial data into clear insights that proves how Kraken creates and delivers value in the real world.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data in context by not just building models, but shaping narratives that influence decisions.\nWhat you'll be working onScaling how Kraken defines, tracks, and reports client value metrics globallyBuilding and maintaining baselines and benchmarks, including for regulated marketsPartnering with Kraken Analytics to help develop client-facing dashboards and reportingTranslating data into clear insights and stories that support delivery and client successSupporting client business cases and post-implementation value trackingWorking cross-functionally to ensure metrics reflect real operational and financial outcomesContinuously improving data quality, consistency, and usability across value reportingPartnering closely with Product teams to quantify the real-world impact of product improvements and launches in a continuous delivery (CI/CD) environment, ensuring benefits are measurable and tied to client outcomesWhat we're looking forStrong analytical skills and experience working with complex datasetsAbility to turn analysis into clear, decision-ready insightsComfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environmentsExperience collaborating across teams with different prioritiesClear communicator who can engage both technical and non-technical stakeholdersComfortable and confident in client-facing settings, able to navigate conversations with credibility and clearly articulate insights and assumptionsNeeds to be comfortable and able to excel in client-facing engagements Experience in regulated industries, utilities, or enterprise SaaS is a plus but not requiredCurious, proactive, and motivated by impact rather than analysis for its own sakeWhy join us?Be part of a scaling, high-visibility function with direct executive and client impactHelp define how one of the world’s leading energy platforms measures and communicates valueWork on meaningful problems at the heart of the energy transitionJoin a collaborative, pragmatic team that values ownership, velocity, and outcomesGrow your skills across analytics, strategy, and client engagement\nKraken is a certified Great Place to Work in France, Germany, Spain, Japan and Australia.
