Time & Priority ControlOwn the CEO’s calendar end-to-end with zero tolerance for low-leverage meetingsActively shape days and weeks based on strategic priorities, energy, and deadlinesManage relationship's with investors, executives, partners, and in some contexts... friends and familyPrepare daily and weekly briefs: what matters, what’s coming, what can wait2. Information & Execution HubBe the single intake point for inbound: email, text, Slack, WhatsApp, etcTriage ruthlessly: respond, delegate, escalate, or killTrack open loops across work and personal life until closedEnsure follow-ups happen without the CEO needing to remember3. CEO Force-MultiplierAnticipate needs 1–3 steps ahead (travel, meetings, decisions, sensitivities)Pre-read meetings and surface risks, context, and landminesDraft emails, messages, and responses in the CEO’s voiceAct as a trusted thought partner, not just an executor4.
