We’re now looking for a Remote Robot Operator, who will remotely oversee pick & place robots. \nOffer essentialsPlay with robots every day ????Salary: Mandate contract:  32/34/35 PLN/hour gross (depending on the shift)Schedule: mainly night and weekend shifts, possible day shifts Monday through FridayOffice-based, does not offer remote workLocation: Warsaw, Rakowiecka StreetFlexible working hours (adjusted by the contractor’s needs), within a monthly scheduleEnglish-speaking environmentWhat will you do?Remotely observe pick & place robots who work at different warehouses around EuropeDocument bugs and propose new featuresCommunicate with engineers to help them solve technical issuesRemotely solve failures of the systemAnalyze and annotate images used to further improve robots’ capabilities What we’d like you to have:English proficiency at B2 level or higherStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsReliability, punctuality, and attention to detailEagerness to learn new thingsAbility to work independently and in a teamPrevious experience with QA and/or robotics is highly appreciatedThe contract guarantees a minimum of 20 hours per week, with expected availability of up to 40 hours per weekEU citizenship and possession of a valid identity document (e.g., passport or EU ID card)What happens after you apply?First meeting (30 minutes) – Recruiter phone screen: A brief conversation to provide general information about the position and assess whether your experience and expectations align with our needs.Second meeting (30 minutes) – Hiring manager interview: A discussion with the hiring manager to assess cultural fit, collaboration style, and alignment with the team and company values.Third meeting (1.5 hours) – On-site interview in Warsaw: An in-person session at our Warsaw office to meet the team, see the workplace, and finalise the assessment.\nFor formal reasons, we are currently considering candidates with the right to work in the European Union, without needing a visa sponsorship or work permit and based in Poland.
