Now we shape the future of smart robotics together!We are scaling our team, product and operations significantlySome of the problems you may try to solve with us:Develop cutting-edge deep learning approaches and apply them to robotic handling of a vast variety of objects.Increase our robots' dexterity by collaborating with the hardware team on real-world, physical innovations.Productionize novel approaches to anomaly detection (e.g. product disassembling in motion).Automate data and model retraining pipelinesUse data to influence company-level strategic decisionsEvaluate and monitor ML models in production, detect data drifts and other reasons for degraded performanceWhat skills we'd like you to have:6+ years of experience in developing machine learning systemsProven experience in deploying machine learning projects to productionVery good working knowledge and technical capabilities to understand, expand and debug deep learning models for computer visionDrive to see the final outcomes: from proof of concept to productionisation.Great problem-solving skills and advanced knowledge of PythonExcellent data analysis and communication skillsFluent communication in EnglishNice to have: Experience in LLM, VLM or VLA modelsProficiency in SQL.What should you expect once you apply?30 minutes call with a Recruiter60 minutes Technical prescreen45 minutes Hiring Manager interviewOnsites - half a day of interviews & discussions at the office We make the final decision after max. 4-5 days after an onsite interview.
