Develop messaging frameworks that translate complex product features (e.g., Skello Intelligence) into clear customer benefits.Operational Excellence: Streamline the creative production process. You will write clear briefs, manage the roadmap, and create efficient workflows to ensure campaigns ship on time and on brand.Campaign Execution: Oversee day-to-day brand activations (product launches, events, digital ads) from ideation to delivery, ensuring consistency across channels.Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the brand authority. You align Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure a unified voice and visual identity.Market Intelligence: Monitor the European landscape and competitor moves to identify opportunities for differentiation.What we'd love to see in you????Experience: 3-5 years in Brand Management, preferably in B2B SaaS or Tech.Strategic & Operational: You are comfortable moving between high-level strategy and hands-on execution. You can write a positioning doc in the morning and review ad copy in the afternoon.Product-Centric: You understand that Brand serves the Product. You are obsessed with understanding what we build and why it matters to our customers.Creative Judgment: You don't need to be a designer, but you have a strong eye.
