You’ll work across the full product lifecycle, from early concept exploration and user research through interaction design, visual design, and final polish before launch. We’re looking for designers who are user-first, detail-oriented, and motivated by the opportunity to reinvent how people experience their homes and community.As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll own product features from concept through delivery, including research, UI and visual design, engineering handoff, QA, and iteration. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and moving quickly without compromising quality. You’ll also collaborate closely with the design team to establish strong design processes, help build and evolve Flow’s design system, and contribute to a thoughtful, high-impact design culture.Also, we believe employees are better together.
