Using a thoughtful blend of data insights, human judgment, and Flow’s proprietary technology, this role ensures that every individual or family discovers how Flow’s conscious communities can support their personal journey.Flow offers flexible opportunities to live for 3 days, 3 weeks, or 3 years, and the New Neighbor Success Lead is responsible for understanding each prospect’s unique circumstances in order to tailor the Flow experience to their needs.This is an on-site role, embedded in the daily rhythm of our communities.
