This role owns revenue generation, team performance, leasing strategy, and market growth. The person in this role will be responsible for transforming a junior team into a high-performing, relationship-driven, quota-focused revenue function. They must be comfortable with ambiguity, evolving priorities, duct-tape technology environments, and startup-style problem solving. This role will require regular travel within Riyadh to visit communities, clients, brokers, and events, as well as occasional travel outside Riyadh. The Director of Leasing must also be available to work evenings and weekends, as many tours and customer interactions occur outside traditional business hours.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and scale a leasing team responsible for delivering occupancy and revenue targets across approximately 800 units. Prepare the organization for substantial growth, with a similar number of new units joining the portfolio in 2026. Set monthly and quarterly quotas, define incentive structures, and manage team and individual performance. Coach junior, inexperienced team members into confident, effective leasing advisors. Sales Process and CRM Excellence Design and optimize the leasing funnel using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce. Build, refine, and enforce strong processes for pipeline management, lead qualification, follow-ups, and forecasting. Integrate multiple technology tools to support a smooth, data-driven sales operation. Outbound and Relationship-Based Leasing flow has a strong inbound engine supported by marketing, but the next phase of growth requires a more proactive, relationship-driven approach. Lead the evolution toward a hybrid inbound and outbound leasing model. Build relationships with relocation agents, brokers, HR teams of major employers, embassies, and other market partners. Encourage team members to develop their own networks, attend events, and create their own lead pipelines. Elevate the leasing function from responding to demand to generating it. Market Growth and Brand Storytelling Be a visible ambassador for flow in the Riyadh market. Maintain an active presence on LinkedIn and other platforms, regularly sharing stories about community living, lifestyle, and leasing success. Use personal branding as a tool to build trust, visibility, and market awareness. Culture and Team Transformation Build a culture of accountability, customer focus, proactive outreach, and continuous improvement. Drive a shift from reactive behaviors to proactive, relationship-based selling. Bring startup energy: fast learning, constructive iteration, and a willingness to build processes as the business scales.Qualifications8–12 years of experience in sales, revenue, business development, or leasing leadership. Proven experience managing teams with quotas, KPIs, and performance-driven cultures. Strong experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar. Background in a startup, scale-up, or entrepreneurial environment. Strong ability to build processes, systems, and workflows from scratch. Experience coaching junior or inexperienced teams. Strong B2C experience; B2B relationship-building is also valuable. Active presence on LinkedIn or other platforms, with a strong personal brand mindset. Analytical or technology-related diploma or degree. Ability to drive regularly across Riyadh and attend events, tours, and meetings. Nice-to-HavesExperience in tech, hospitality, residential leasing, or real estate.Arabic language skills (helpful but not required). Experience in high-growth or fast-scaling environments.What Success Looks LikeLeasing teams meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets. Strong, documented leasing processes and playbooks are in place. CRM data is accurate, visible, and consistently used. The team generates a significant share of its own leads through relationships and outreach.Flow gains increasing visibility in the Riyadh market.
