In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of product launches, market positioning, and sales enablement – always with the local customer in mind. \nWhat’s in it for youInnovation - With eight product launches in the past year alone, we continue to push boundaries and bring meaningful innovation to the market.  Impact, great atmosphere, flat hierarchy – We offer a dynamic and inclusive environment where every team member has the opportunity to thrive and contribute to our mission.  A Team That Inspires – Work alongside a diverse, open-minded, and supportive team that encourages personal and professional growth.  Stay Active – Enjoy an annual fitness subsidy to support your healthy lifestyle.  Support & Well-Being – Benefit from our comprehensive Employee Assistance Program, providing guidance and support in times of need.  Family First – Receive two weeks of paid Family Care Leave to support a sick family member or in the case of bereavement.  Vacation Time – In addition to your local vacation days, enjoy paid extra time off on December 24th and 31st.  Boost Your Investments – Take part in our Employee Stock Purchase Program and enjoy 15% cashback on your investments.  Accident Insurance – Stay protected with comprehensive accident insurance during all business trips.  Company car for private usage  Your Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute local marketing strategies and campaigns for product launches in close collaboration with the EMEA Neurovascular Marketing team and the Neurovascular Sales Leader Manage product lifecycle phases and support pricing and revenue goals with Sales and Pricing teams Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategies and identify local opportunities Plan and lead congresses (~20 per year) and Medical Education events (at least 6 annually) Build and maintain trusted relationships with KOLs, hospital stakeholders, and external partners, including regular hospital visits Adapt messaging and marketing materials to meet local market needs and support sales teams with tools and training Monitor product launch performance, provide insights, and report progress to management Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance What We’re Looking forBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent beneficial Ideally 3+ years of experience in product marketing and/or sales within the medical devices industry, with a strong focus on neurovascular therapies Alternatively, candidates with a neurovascular field background (e.g. in sales or clinical specialist roles) who bring in-depth market knowledge, established customer networks, and strong motivation to grow into a marketing role are also welcome Established network and solid knowledge of NV customers and KOLs; proven experience in KOL management Commercial and strategic mindset with strong business acumen Strong interest and passion for marketing, with a hunger to achieve and grow Fluent English (written and spoken); excellent communication and negotiation skills Able to work independently and as part of a team, adaptable and proactive Willingness to travel extensively (3-4 days/week) within the assigned region Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) \nAs we require fluent English skills and the recruiting process will involve English-speaking colleagues, we look forward to receiving your CV in English. At Penumbra, we value your skills and qualifications above all else.
