The Compliance Coordinator will also be assigned other projects and tasks as needed by the department.\nEssential Job Duties and Responsibilities:Ensuring that all adverse action notices required by the Equal Credit Opportunity Act are accurately completed and delivered to the loan applicant(s) by regular mail within established turn timesManaging assigned queues to confirm compliance with various regulatory obligationsReceiving Compliance mail and distributing accordingly.Managing email inboxes to ensure questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.Assisting the Compliance Manager with projects from time-to-timeRequired Skills, Knowledge and AbilitiesStrong organizational skillsStrong work ethicPrecise attention to detailExcellent communication skillsExperience with Encompass helpful but not requiredProficiency in Internet searches, and pc-based applications including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel\nCompensation: $20 - $24/hourAdditional Information Regarding Job Duties and Job Descriptions:Job duties include additional responsibilities as assigned by one's supervisor or other managers related to the position/department.
